Treasurer’s Reports in accordance with 18A:17-36 and 18A:17-9 for the month of November 2016.  The Treasurer’s Reports and Secretary’s Reports are in agreement for the month of November 2016.
 
Board Secretary in accordance with N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(c)2 certifies that there are no changes in anticipated revenue amounts or revenue sources.
 
Board of Education Certification – pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(c)4.  We certify that after review of the secretary’s monthly financial report (appropriations section) and upon consultation with the appropriate district officials, that to the best of our knowledge no major accounts or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-16.10(c)3 and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district’s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

1. School Bus Advertising Contract-EIRC
Recommend Board ratify the annual contract between Glassboro Public Schools and EIRC for School Bus Advertising.  The term of the contract is July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017.  Actual advertising revenue for 2015-2016 was $2,340.00.  Projected advertising revenue for 2016-2017 is $11,437.92.  Increase in revenue is due to increased number of advertisements on the busses.  Advertisers for 2016-2017 include Sahara Sam’s and Inspira Health Care. 2. Architect’s Invoices
Recommend Board approval for payment to Fraytak Veisz Hopkins Duthie for architectural services pursuant to a contract total of $1,293,900.00 and for invoices totaling $12,428.00. (attachment)
 
3. GHS Conference Banners
Recommend Board approval for the GHS Varsity Club to auction off Olympic Conference & Tri-County Conference banners.  These banners have been taken down and replaced with fire resistant banners.  They will be marketed at home basketball games and on the district website.  Proceeds will be used for Varsity Club Scholarships.
