WHEREAS The matters to be discussed in Part I of this session are matters listed for private discussion under Section 7, b, (1)-(9) of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, and 

 

WHEREAS The general nature of the subjects to be discussed are listed in the agenda for Part I of this meeting, attached, and 

 

WHEREAS The discussion on these matters will be disclosed to the public, if possible, when the Board convenes or at the next regular meeting of the Glassboro Board of Education on

a. Transfer of Funds

 

1. Recommend Board approval of the attached resolution approving the transfer of funds from the sale of the Glassboro Intermediate School to be transferred into the 2021-2022 school year for the Reconfiguration and Related Renovations at the Thomas E. Bowe Elementary (Middle) School, NJDOE Project #1730-090-21-1000. (attachment)

 

2. Recommend Board approval of the attached resolution approving the transfer of funds from June 2021 to be transferred into Capital Reserve. (attachment)

 

3. Recommend Board approval of the attached resolution approving the transfer of funds from the sale of the Glassboro Intermediate School to be transferred into Capital Reserve.

Recommend Board approval for the purchase of the Bowe Renovation Project Science Lab Renovation Casework, using the funds from the GIS settlement. (attachment)

Recommend Board approval to award the bid for Reconfiguration and Related Renovations at Thomas E. Bowe Elementary (Middle) School, NJDOE #1730-090-21-1000 to the Kavi Construction, LLC, using funds from the GIS settlement. (attachment)
