1. 2020-2021 District Calendar Modification
Recommend Board approval for the modification of the 2020-2021 calendar. The modification moves two Teacher In-Service Days forward in the calendar to September 2, 2020 and September 3, 2020 and changes the first day of school for students to September 8, 2020. (attachment)

2. 2020-2021 Restart & Recovery Plan Resolution to Reopen Schools Preschool through Twelfth Grade
Recommend approval of the 2020-2021 Restart & Recovery Plan and Resolution to Reopen Schools Preschool Through Twelfth Grade Hybrid Half Day Schedule. The framework for this plan was developed after careful consideration of The Road Back, the NJDOE’s 104-page guidance document for the reopening of schools. The plan was crafted after the completion of focus groups, community surveys, restart committees and protracted administrative discussion. The requirements outlined in the NJDOE Guidance and incorporated into this plan are controlled by Executive Order of the Governor of New Jersey and are subject to change. This plan is pending County Review.

3. Ocean Computer Technology Repair Assistance
Recommend Board approve the use of three technicians from Ocean Computer for no more than 20 hours per week and a maximum of four weeks for a total not to exceed $15,600 to assist with repair and configuration of existing laptops in lieu of delivery delays of new laptops and Chromebooks.
