Recommend Board approval of the Deed of Easement for the traffic signal which will be located in front of the high school. This will allow for the proper location and on-going maintenance of the traffic signal. The easement has been reviewed and declared acceptable by legal counsel. (attachment)

a)     Recommend Board approval for the purchase of Varonis Software (DatAnywhere and DatAdvantage) from Core BTS off of the GSA contract. Total cost is $56,328.89 and is funded by network and security under the 2015 Bond Referendum. These products provide secured web access to network data resources for staff, as well as providing monitoring and reporting of user activity on the network. 1)     Baseball Program Donation
Recommend Board ratify acceptance of a monetary donation from Perfect Game Company in the amount of $500.00 for use of the varsity baseball field on June 6-7, 2015. The funds will be utilized for the baseball program. (attachment)
 
2)     Plymouth Rock Donation
Recommend Board ratify acceptance of the Plymouth Rock Assurance Company donation in the amount of $25.00. The funds will be deposited and tracked in the Intermediate School Student Activities Fund. (attachment)

1)     Summer 2015 ESY Joint Transportation Agreements
Recommend Board approval of the following Summer 2015 Extended School Year Joint Transportation Agreements. (attachment)
 
a.     Vineland Board of Education for one student to Bankbridge Regional South, Route ESYSG236, in the amount of $1,159.40.
b.     Montville Township Board of Education for one student to Bankbridge Developmental Center, Route ESY15-6, in the amount of $534.20.
c.     Hanover Township Board of Education for one student to Bankbridge Developmental Center, Route ESY15-6, in the amount of $534.20.
d.     Newark Board of Education for one student to Archway, Route ESYSG209, in the amount of $6,752.88.
e.     Jersey City Board of Education for one student to Bankbridge Developmental Center, Route ESY15-6, in the amount of $534.20
f.      Atlantic City Board of Education for one student to Bankbridge Developmental Center, Route ESYSG286, in the amount of $4,237.20.
 
2)     2014-2015 Joint Transportation Agreement
Recommend Board approval of the Joint Transportation Agreement with Atlantic City Board of Education for one student to Bankbridge Developmental Center, Route BDC-1 and Route S5424, in the amount of $2,204.35 for the 2014-2015 school year. Additional costs of $770.00 for a one-to-one aide and $175.00 for replacement of a broken window. 3)     School Bus Purchase & Financing
Recommend Board approval for the purchase of two (2) 2016 54-Passenger Blue Bird School Buses as pursuant to bid specifications through the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission at a per unit price of $83,684.27; and financing as pursuant to bids received through the Middlesex Regional Educational Services Commission with US Bancorp at 2.973% actual yield for $167,500.00. 3)     ABA Support Instructor/Behavioral Consultation – Student ID #16-10
Recommend Board approval to contract with Partners in Learning, Inc. to provide 1:1 ABA Support Instructor/Behavioral Consultation services for Student ID #16-10. Cost to the district is $7,193.00 for the first 30 days; and if needed, $7,193.00 for an additional 30 days. (attachment)
 
4)     In-Home Therapy
Recommend Board ratify to contract with Jennifer Moustakas to provide in-home speech therapy/augmentative communication and relationship-based therapy to a classified student one (1) time per week for up to two hours at a rate of $100.00 per hour from July 13, 2015 to June 30, 2016. This is a continuation of services already provided to the student. (attachment)
 
5)     OOD Placement – Student ID #15-25
Recommend Board ratify placement of Student ID #15-25 at Yale School in Voorhees, NJ effective July 6, 2015 for the Extended School Year Program and continuing for the 2015-2016 school year. Cost to the district is $71,143.80. (attachment)
 
6)     Summer Staffing Meetings
Recommend Board ratify payment to General and Special Education Teachers to attend summer staffing meetings to include IEPs, Eligibility Conferences, and Initial Planning Meetings as required through NJ Special Education Code. Teachers will be paid at the Miscellaneous Pay Rate, currently $35.84 per hour, not to exceed the budget amount of $2,000.00 through the IDEA Grant.
