A. Reject All Bids - FVHD #5537FR
1) Recommend Board approval to reject all bids received for the Roof Restoration and Gym Wall Panels project at Thomas Bowe Middle School (FVHD #5537FR), as the Board has determined that the bids received substantially exceed the Board’s appropriation for the project and/or the district’s cost estimate, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22.
2) Recommend Board approval to authorize the administration, in consultation with the district architect and counsel, to revise the bid documents as appropriate, re-advertise the project, and rebid the work in accordance with applicable law.
