PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING OR WORK SESSION
Public notice of this meeting or work session has been made in accordance with the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, Law of 1975.
Advanced public notice of this meeting was given March 31, 2015 including the time, date and place of the meeting.
Said public notice has been made as follows:
- Notice has been posted in the Board of Education Office, Carpenter Street and Bowe Boulevard, Glassboro, N.J.
- Notice has been communicated to the following newspapers:
a. South Jersey Times
b. Philadelphia Inquirer
c. Courier Post
- Notice has been filed with the Clerk of the Borough of Glassboro

RESOLUTION: NON-PUBLIC SESSION
WHEREAS The matters to be discussed in Part I of this session are matters listed for private discussion under Section 7, b, (1)-(9) of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, and
WHEREAS The general nature of the subjects to be discussed are listed in the agenda for Part I of this meeting, attached, and
WHEREAS The discussion on these matters will be disclosed to the public, if possible, when the Board convenes or at the next regular meeting of the Glassboro Board of Education on

THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED That the Glassboro Board of Education will discuss the matters listed in the agenda for Part I of this session in private.

A. Resolutions/Contracted Services
1. Summer Lunch Program
Recommend Board approval and adoption of a contract for Summer Food Service Management with NutriServe. NutriServe will be paid from the cafeteria account for the management fee of $1,000.00. The program, which will be for the benefit of the Glassboro children, will be located at Bullock School and run during the month of July 2015. Acceptance of the contract is pending successful legal review. (attachment)
2. Food Service Management Contract
Recommend Board approval and adoption of a contract for Food Service Management with NutriServe. NutriServe shall be paid from the cafeteria account for the management fee of $0.1414 cents per meal, $0.1111 cents per meal equal, and the meal equal, and the meal equal factor of $1.00 for the 2015-2016 school year. The per meal management fee will also be capped at $50,000.00 for the 2015-2016 school year. The guaranteed profit/return will be $30,000.00, up to 100% of the management fee and inclusive of terms and conditions included in the base year contract.
